This is a lease takeover from December 1st until July 31st (8 months). This is a better deal than whatever is listed at market.
Move in date: December 1st, 2023
- Heat & water are included in the rent
- Electric & wifi are not included (but the electric rate will continue from the other roommate’s contract)
- En-suite laundry, dishwasher, fridge, oven/stove, and microwave all included Amenities include:

- Games room (billiards pool, table tennis, etc) -Above ground dog park, communal patios, communal grilling stations
- guest parking and parking stalls you can apply for

The security deposit and insurance is already paid (you can just keep these for free).
Note: this is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom suite. I currently live here in the primary bedroom. You would live in the secondary bedroom (and have your own bathroom)

About the roomies
I’m a 22 year old male and working professional in finance in downtown Calgary. I really enjoy basketball, art and travelling. I’m social and happy to hang out! However, due to a demanding job I won’t be home until late night most workdays (though this may be a plus for you!)
