Another room upstairs, opposite this room, is occupied by a 4th year student, male in his mid-30s. He is very quiet and considerate of others. The owner of the house is a professional engineer (male in his early 60s). He lives at the ground floor (2 floors below the advertised room). There would be no other people living at the house. This was a family home, just recently rented.
