• ONE PERSON PER ROOM ** Both rooms are on the 2nd floor with lots of natural light** Kitchen and laundry area to be shared with 2 other people living in the house; one of them is away most of the time and does not cook much

• The two rooms share a big bathroom next to the rooms. (No other people use the bathroom.)

• Large eat-in kitchen, with a fridge, a big freezer, glass-top stove and a DISHWASHER plus a bright dining area

• FREE LAUNDRY in the basement

• Central A/C, central heat (gas)

• VERY CONVENIENT LOCATION: Safe and quiet area; about 5-7 min walk to Metro, Shoppers Drug Mart, restaurants, swimming pool, gym and more, and to a big park with amazing trails

• The nature shots are of the park and trails located within a 7–10 minute walk from the house. This is a unique area that feels almost like wilderness in the middle of the city

• bus stop 100 meters from the house; about 10 - 15 mins by bus to the subway (Sheppard-Yonge or Sheppard West)

• Close to TCDHA, Centennial College (Downsview), York University, and to Seneca at York

• Water and the INTERNET included with rent

• Each tenant pays 25% of utilities (about $45-$50 per month)

• For quiet people only, no partying, no loud music, NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO VAPING (due to allergies)

The Master bedroom (with its own ensuite bathroom) on the same floor is occupied by one person, a young professional in engineering. The owner of the house is a retired engineer, male in his 60s. He lives at the ground floor (2 floors below the advertised rooms). He goes away for extended periods. This was a family home, just recently rented.
