One-minute away from a bus stop (#116), 5-7 mins bus ride/12-15 mins walk to Metrotown station & Metropolis Mall, 30 mins away to downtown by transit, one bus ride away to UBC, SFU, Langara College. The room is on the 2nd floor. You will have your own bed, working/studying area with a chair, a desk, a desk lamp, drawers, plenty of storages, and a closet.

Rent is $1250/month for single occupancy or $1600 for double occupancy. Meal plan can be arranged ✅Utilities (electricity, water, gas) included ✅Wi-fi included ✅Laundry every Wed or Sat included (bring your own detergent) ✅Washroom is right next to the room to share with your roommate ✅Shared kitchen, fridge, and kitchen utensils ✅Cleaning equipment provided ✅Keyless access to the house ✅No curfew

You will be living with a Canadian-Chinese host family of 5 - mom, dad, 1 daughter [14yo], 2 sons [16yo & 20yo] (they will stay on the main floor) and a shy dog 🐶 [4yo] ( she only stays on the main floor as well) You can use the shared kitchen to cook between 6am to 9pm. But Microwave is okay to use anytime. We are expecting a clean, tidy, respectful, and mature roommate whom we can get along with. Not a party house. No alcohol/drinking. No drugs. No smoking.
