About the room
Very close to UofC and SAIT. Banff Train Station is a six minute walk. Very accessible bus stops. The Building has a gym, social area, study rooms, and laundry room. The room has a gorgeous view downtown. The room has a very big bathroom with multiple large mirrors. The kitchen is very spacious and offers a lot of storage space. The room comes with 12 clothes drawers and two hangers, it can fit a lot of clothing. The room comes with a desk and a mounted Tv. The bed is roughly a Queen size, is very comfortable, and has a nightstand. The unit has a great AC unit.
Electricity is a flat rate of 65 cad and water bill is estimated per water use. I’ve never had to pay more than 20 a month for water.
Rent with utilities is 1250 upwards of 1300, depending on how much water you use..
About the roomies
I am the only person living here, I am looking for a lease take-over. The floor has a lot of students/younger people who are all very nice and friendly. If you are a UofC student or SAIT student you can meet a lot of your peers living in this building too.
