Quiet Mature neighbours with no pets/children/parties and lots of hot water. All bills,utilities/parking,Inc.

Note: Additional storage/Possible use of heated shop is available but for additional cost.

I work a lot, go to the Gym , Cook , Bike, movie , Guitar Saturday night steak/beer, Online news person, Like keep up with local/global news and events Ect. I am pretty easy going but like to keep up with cleaning of common areas, Work week routine eary bed/rise.

Important : I never bring anyone home so looking for someone similar with little to/no guests and no late/regular/or overnights ……. Its mutual. The Apt is too small and is for: working/sleeping/cooking/bathing and personal enjoyment by me and my future roommate.
