A private room with a private bathroom is available for rent in a shared apartment.
My current roommate needs to move to Toronto for her new work (commute is too long for her) so the place is available from March 1 2024.
You will only be sharing the common areas of the apartment with one other person.
I am looking for a clean, responsible, easygoing, employed roommate.
The apartment is bright, renovated, clean, fully furnished, new appliances, washer/dryer, LED lighting.
Rent is $880 a month + utilities

About the roomies
I am a down to earth well traveled guy you will be sharing the apartment with. I have my own ensuite bathroom in my room, so its a pretty nice setup for us both, we only share the kitchen, laundry and living room!
The house is fully renovated and furnished. I keep it super clean and would want my roommate to have the same values.
I am friendly and respectful and want to foster a positive vibe for our shared apartment.
