All renovated main floor and upstairs. Small fenced yard in the back. Cement wall dividers between the homes. All the neighbors are nice and respectful. Spacious bathroom. Double sink in kitchen, new gas stove, big fridge. Relaxing common area. If you have a car, I am close to Algonquin College & Carleton University.
