This warm and bright house in downtown Toronto fully renovated, located just north of Bloor Street in vibrant Seaton Village, west annex, Korea town. You’ll find everything you need within walking distance: 3 grocery stores, UofT, George Brown Casa Loma, christie pits park, Kensington market China town and little Italy. We are 6 min walk to Christie station. This is a bright room with big west facing window, single bed, desk, chair, shelves, night table, and closet. Price is all included. Preferably looking for a male, no couples and no pets.

I live with my son who is 22 and works full time. It’s quite and laid back atmosphere. We love meeting people from around the world. I travel a lot and I have been hosting people for few years now, made many friends.
