I work from home but also enjoy travel and adventure. The home is a new luxury condo located steps from the Fraser River. The room that you would rent is a bedroom fully furnished with a single bed, a dresser and one closet. There are two bathrooms in the condo, and you would have your own bathroom with a bathtub and shower. No detail was overlooked in the interior design of this space which features minimalist modern white decor, stainless steel appliances and is filled with light thanks to huge windows. While living here you’ll enjoy in-suite laundry, in-suite washer/dryer, a rooftop patio as well as access to the building’s gym. Situated in the idyllic River District area, the condo is just a short walk to the River District complex which boasts a Save-On-Foods, TD Bank, Orange Theory gym, Everything Wine and many other amenities. Rent includes use of gym in the building, hydro and Internet. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen, a flat screen TV, and an air fryer. I am a digital marketing contractor, and I work from home 3 days/week (I have an office in my bedroom so I will work there during those days). In my free time, I love meeting friends and family for a meal, going to the gym, hiking, doing yoga, watercolour painting and travelling.
