Great new townhouse development fully furnished in Sixty West - Sylvan Lake, AB. Modern farmhouse finish - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a fenced backyard. Looking for a possible room-mate to share my place with. You’d have separate & private room with a shared bathroom & the option of a home office as well - great for a student or professional. We would be sharing the main floor with kitchen & living room.

I work for a large beverage company with a district office based out of Edmonton & Calgary. I have a dynamic job that looks different most days with work from home + travel but most of my weekends are for recharging.

I’m looking for someone that shares similar interests and values so that I can share my home with them.
I don’t smoke or do drugs, I drink socially, work-out often, am an ex-athlete, passionate about my space, clean and organized. I have a background in Business, design and Architecture.
