Home is shared with 3 other adults (2 male, 1 female). Living areas are shared, along with main floor laundry. Utilities and internet are included* (pending usual usage). Located on the edge of Barrie, only a 10 minute walk to the closest bus stop, one parking spot included. This is for single occupancy only, due to septic restrictions. No smoking, no pets.
