I live in a 2Bd2Bath apartment with optional underground parking. My building is a 20-minute walk to UW Arts Lecture Hall and near the T&T.
This is a Quiet, Residential Condominium building. I am a non-smoker so smoking and vaping are not allowed in the apartment. Cannabis is not allowed in my building.
Available bedroom furnished with desk & task chair, and with a double bed. Room has a closet.
Your own private washroom with a shower is across the hallway from the bedroom.
Spacious kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, and stove. Lots of cupboard space. Lots of cookware and utensils.
Laundry: In-unit washer & dryer
Building Features: Fitness gym, rooftop lounge, library are included within the building
Duration⏰: 4 months summer May to August, 2026
Rent: $1200/mo (plus utilities). Internet is included. Underground parking is $50/month extra

About the roomies
Roommate is a Female Science Student at University of Waterloo. She will not be around much during the summer so this will be like having your own apartment. This is a non-smoking building with good security and active property management. It’s in a residential neighbourhood and will suit a young professional or a student aiming to find success in her academic pursuits.
