Utilities are partially included - heat and water are covered, while internet and electricity will be shared. Parking spots are also available in the building, for $100/month (unheated, covered) or $125/month (heated, covered).

I am a recently grad from Dalhousie University, working as an intern architect. I work from the office most days, and from home one day per week. I’m very tidy and like to keep my space clean, enjoy having people over but am not a partier. More often than not I spend my time outdoors (skiing, running, biking, hiking) or working on one of various art / design projects on the side. I am pretty easy-going, and am hoping for a roommate who would also like to contribute to making the place a positive, fun, comfortable place to live in!
