Hey, I have a room available in my rental. Looking for a professional roommate, preferably someone with a working schedule of 9-5. About me:

• 35, single, female, full-time employment
• I work away for work at times, so there could be days that you have the house to yourself.
• I’m clean and value a household that keeps the space tidy.
• One small mini dachshund; does not bark, minimal shed, travels with me -I have a good social circle here, and enjoy a night out here and there, but treat my place with respect and don’t have any parties at home. -We would be sharing a fridge, so (just in case youre vegan) I do eat and cook meat in the house About the space:
• Multi-floor, split home. We have a small family that lives upstairs, they are lovely and respectful. They have a 2 year old, so keeping noise to a respectful level is important.
• We have two floors, the main level and basement. We also have a lovely backyard that is great in the summer🙂
• There’s 1.5 bathrooms, a good sized kitchen, a downstairs shared space and 3 bedrooms and of course the backyard.
• Laundry is in the basement.
• Internet is split evenly between household
• Rent is $1500 -Unfurnished -The place is better in person, steps away from College street, Metro, yummy restaurants and bars. DM me for more details or to meet!

You would be living with me, female, full-time employed, 34 and single. I am out of the house a lot due to travel for work, so there will be days that the house is yours! I enjoy fitness and a balance of the occasional night out. The basement has a built-in bar that could be used for storage, or whatever you’d like. I’m happy to share the whole space with someone like-minded, friendly, and considerate. Cannabis isn’t a problem, just not in the house!
