Hey, I have a room available in my rental. Looking for a professional roommate, preferably someone with a working schedule of 9-5. About me:

• 36, single, female, full-time employment
• I work from home but also have a co-working space that I go to.
• I’m clean and value keeping a household tidy.
• One small mini dachshund; does not bark, minimal shed, travels with me.
• I have a small social circle here, and enjoy a night out here and there. I treat my place with respect and don’t have any parties at home. -We would be sharing a fridge, so (just in case youre vegan) I do eat and cook meat in the house. My previous roommate purchased a small fridge for the basement so we didn’t have to share! About the space:
• Multi-floor, split home. We have a couple that lives upstairs, they are lovely and respectful. They have a separate entrance.
• We have two floors, the main level and basement. We also have a lovely backyard that is great in the summer🙂
• There’s 1.5 bathrooms, a good sized kitchen, a downstairs space and 2 bedrooms and of course the backyard. Our bedrooms are on separate floors.
• Laundry is in the basement.
• Internet is split evenly between household.
• Rent is $1775 -Unfurnished
• The streetcar is steps away, Christie Station is about a 10 minute walk. -The place is better in person, steps away from College street, Metro, yummy restaurants and bars. DM me for more details or to meet!

You would be living with me, female, full-time employed, 36 and single. I work in the wellness industry. I enjoy fitness and a balance of the occasional night out. The basement has a built-in bar/kitchenette. I’m happy to share the whole space with someone like-minded, friendly, and considerate. Cannabis isn’t a problem, just not in the house! Pets aren’t a problem as long as they’re house trained and relatively quiet.
