It is furnished with a single bed, desk and chair, lamp. You’ll need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. There are 2-full bathrooms, 1-kitchen, 1 laundry facilities , which are all shared with other roommies in the house. Very good location with bus stops within 1 block, grocery stores, banks, restaurants within 2 blocks.
Other roomies are respectful and are keeping the common areas clean and tidy. All utilities are included in the rent. We don’t allow smoking, vaping, no cannabis and no drugs in the house.
