Hi! 2 bedrooms (one big one small) available for January 1st in a shared 3 level townhouse. There is 1 and a half bathrooms.
The smaller room is $950 and the bigger is $1100, everything included! (even wifi).
The house is furnished and has a little gym in the basement, washer & dyer, dishwasher and fully stocked kitchen. Bigger room also comes with a/c in the summer.
Parking space is also available (both indoor and outdoor). The house is a 10 minute walk to the red line on the O train. (Blair West) and a direct line, 35 minute total commute to uottawa
The rooms can come furnished or unfurnished, your discretion
No set criteria other than someone who is kind and respectful (although females/recent graduates/students will be strongly prioritized)
