Jordan's room

The house is located less than 5 minutes away from the University of Winnipeg, perfect for students. The fully furnished room includes a double bed, desk and dresser with mirror. It has a closet area and storage. There is an eat in kitchen on the main floor, 2 full bathrooms, and gym equipment in the unfinished basement. There are numerous grocery stores within a 5-10 minute walk as well. Must be ok with cats as there is one in the house, she is super friendly. There is also a very friendly dog in the house that loves people. Rent is 600$/month for stays shorter than 6 months. Room currently has someone until Jan 1st (better photos to come).

I am the owner of the house. I work in entertainment setting up the audio equipment for concerts and running a spotlight during the shows. I am also a competitive powerlifter. At the moment there are 2 others in the house. We all get along great.
