We are seeking a friendly house mate to occupy a spacious, bright, private bedroom + den located in a single detached house, with lots of light. You have a second floor bedroom + den, carpeted, sloped ceilings, suited more for someone under 6ft. quiet and private.

The common areas include a nice clean, modern kitchen with a window overlooking the private yard. The washroom which includes a full soaker tub/shower and heat lamp. Games/dining room ( plants). Laundry with washer and dryer. Wi-Fi High Speed Internet, all inclusive. Access to garden and bbq with a fenced in backyard. If you’re into growing your own food, I could use the help, since I am new to it.

There is a medic alert service dog in the house, however no other pets will be permitted, as it is a distraction to his work and ongoing training.

We enjoy an inviting peaceful environment, and are considerate of different school/work schedules. We endorse healthy co-housing, community style single living. We like a clean and organized home. We’re a 420 friendly, but not partiers.

Algonquin under 30mins by transit.
