We are seeking a house mate to occupy a private separate bedroom, located on the 2nd level in our home. You would have the upstairs completely to yourself. The house is set up, like 3 studio apartments inside a single house with only shared common spaces. With each person having a designated bedroom, and den on separate ends of the home, nestled in Britannia Beach.

You have full use of the entirety of the house’s shared spaces. This includes bathroom with full soaker tub/shower, and heat lamp. A clean and modern kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. Laundry with full washer and dryer. Window a/c for your room, WiFi high speed internet, driveway parking for 1 car, garden with fenced in yard, and a bi-weekly cleaner for common areas, all inclusive.

We do have a dog, he is extremely well mannered, behaved and friendly. He is my medical alert service dog, as such we are unable to accommodate any other pets. You must be kind to animals. Cannabis friendly, but not partiers. We enjoy a peaceful home and are always considerate of everyone’s work schedules.

We’re located around the corner to Britannia Beach, Mud Lake Trails, steps to the trans-Canada Bicycle Path, which will take you all the way downtown. Grocery stores close by (Farm Boy, Metro) Walmart at Bayshore. Shoppers Drug Mart, BMO, TD, as well as various other shops and restaurants within walking distance. A main bus station (Lincoln Fields) is located a 10 minute walk OR just outside your door, you can catch the #51 to Tunneys Pasture (Bus and Train). The #85, #11, #57 and many more on Carling.
