I am just returning to the country after 8 months and looking for someone to help cover costs. I like snowboarding, travel, socializing, going out. You are welcome to have some guests over as long as not out of hand and use all of the common areas of condo. Just ask to keep the place clean in terms of dishes etc. Singles only and no pets. No overnight guests. Looking for a 6month lease. Can be negotiated for shorter period depending on circumstance.
