I’m looking for a roommate to share the house with me. Only the two of us will live in the large house together.

I prefer a roommate who is clean and quiet and keeps to themselves. I do enjoy conversations in the kitchen, but mostly, since we have separate living rooms, I usually only see my roommates if they are in the kitchen or I am downstairs in the common area doing laundry, etc.
