A furnished one bedroom for rent. Close to Scott Road, Scottsdale Mall. Bus stops are less than a 5 minute walk away. The room is furnished with a twin bed, mattress, side table, and table lamp. Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. In house laundry and Wi-Fi included. There are three girls in their early to mid-twenties currently living in the house. We’re looking for someone that fits in well with us; a respectful, working professional, clean female. This is a private room, no sharing. Six month minimum with option to extend.

Ideal tenant would be responsible, respectful, and considerate of others in shared spaces.
