Looking for a roommate to share a 3 bedroom apartment. Room come fully furnished with a bed, office table, and mirror. Wifi and cable tv are included. All you have to pay is rent. It’s a very nice appartment, only 5 minutes away from Lakehead University, 10 minutes from Confederation College, and walking distance from grocery the store and pharmacy.
I am looking for women only as the other tenants are two girls. So if you are too, please reach out!
Room will be available as of May 1st 2026. Minimum one year lease.

One roomate is a student. The other roommate is a full time health care worker.
