Shared use of kitchen and upstairs bathroom.

Students preferred: hard working quiet full-time student (and working part-time). Working professionals welcome to inquire if working outside home and not remotely. Looking for a respectful individual. Must be clean and tidy.

Rent: $800 per month. Deposit: $1,600 (first and last months rent).

Rental Period: Month-to-month (minimum 2 months stay), semester, 3 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, or 12 months (to be discussed).

Furnished with bed, dresser, desk, and chair, spacious closet.

Access to internet (wifi)/kitchen/dishwasher/laundry. Utilities: included.

Colleges nearby: Ontario Tech University and Durham College. Close to lots of transit, shops, stores, restaurants, etc.

Restrictions - NO: drugs, smoking, alcohol, or any illegal activities. No pets.

Documentation: background check, credit check, student status and/or employment check, contract and other relevant documents. I require first and last months rent plus proof of income. Reference letter for school, parents and/or employer.

Owner is a business consultant that lives and works in house. Owner needs quiet, clean, and respectful environment. Elementary age child lives in house every other weekend.
