This listing is a 12x12 foot room, furnished, with an ensuite bathroom for complete privacy. It’s a 2 bedroom condo apartment that is 15 minutes walking distance from apartment door to Tuscany C train platform. There is a laundry space with a washer and dryer as well so you don’t have to worry about going to the laundromat.

I currently live alone and am looking for a short term renter. Preferably 2 months to 6 months max. I work Mondays through Fridays and tend be home only in the evenings and weekends.
