Taylor's room

I’m a McMaster PhD student looking to rent a room in a three bedroom semi-detached house on a quiet, residential street in Landsdale. The other two bedrooms are currently occupied by myself and another PhD student. The house has on-site laundry, dishwasher, a spacious common area and a backyard with a garden. 30-40 min bus ride to the McMaster campus, one block away from local bars, cafes, and restaurants, and a 15-20 min walk to downtown. Front yard pad parking is available for an additional fee. The room is furnished. Flexible move-in date. No pets.

I’m Taylor and I’m a PhD student in philosophy at McMaster. The other roommate, Jeff, is also a philosophy student. We’re fairly low-key and tend to go to bed fairly early. Sometimes we work on campus and sometimes we work from home. Occasionally, we’ll have guests over for a night or two, but for the most part the house stays pretty quiet.
