Our unit is a 2 bedroom+den the 12th floor of one of the Marlborough apartments right next to Sheridan College’s Trafalgar campus (3 minute walk!) Rent is $675 (plus $50 utilities). There’s tons of natural light and a great view. The building includes a gym and laundry on the bottom floor. We’re looking for somebody to move into the den next to the living room starting May 1st. The room itself is pretty spacious despite being a den, with a thick makeshift wall, a curtain door, and plenty of privacy. The room is also already furnished with a queen bed and table. We’re looking for someone friendly and easygoing, who’s also a clean and organized person since we like to keep up with our cleaning and garbage schedules. My name is Eman, I’m a second year Animation student at Sheridan, and my other roommate is Kelly, who’s a third year at Sheridan for Illustration (needless to say we’re both pretty artsy people haha) We’re both women in our early twenties and would prefer somebody who also is. We’re both pretty fun loving and like to get together for game nights or going out together from time to time!
