🐱 About the Home Hi! I’m Brooke, an elementary school teacher who takes pride in maintaining a clean, peaceful and respectful home. I’m easygoing and friendly and value good communication and consideration for everyone sharing the space.

You’ll also be sharing the home with Kygo, my Bengal cat. She is an indoor cat and an important part of the household. She can be shy at first but is friendly once she gets to know you, so someone who likes cats and is mindful about keeping exterior doors closed is important.

🚗 Parking & Transportation Because on-site parking is limited, this room is best suited to someone who does not require regular parking.

Public transit is approximately a 15–20 minute walk away, and Uber is also commonly used in the area.

Household and personal supplies such as groceries, toiletries, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and personal cleaning products are the responsibility of each tenant.
