It has a separate entrance, and private bathroom within the room. with SHARED kitchen ( kitchen has everything you need.. juicer, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, dish washer, etc etc etc)

Roomates, lean politically right, So, we are free speaking, we are polite and kind, but this isn’t a “sensitive space” .

In terms of guest, there will be a clause in there that states if that guest stays for more than 3-5 consecutive days, they will be considered a co-habitant, there will be increase in rent by 1000 dollars.

Meaning this room is for 1 person.

Lights out at 11 pm, meaning kitchen, and common area closed, because of other tenants.

Looking for either people who have full time jobs, or students.

Will be asking for job letters, notice of assessment to prove income.

It is 10 minutes walking to coquitlam center where there are grocery stores, sky train and etc.

Street parking is available.

it can be fully furnished OR a semi furnished room. (small fridge, microwave, desk, chair, storage)

There could be a very clean comfortable mattress in there if you would like.

OR it can be left semi furnished with a desk and some side tables.

there is lots of storage space inside the closets.

Would consider pets if we establish rules and depending on breed and temperament, as there is already a dog in the house .

1100 + 20% utilities (100 or so per month)

Available as soon as possible.

This room is for an individual. BUT would so consider students that are sharing…. but must be mild mannered.

*****It is a shared house, One person Is a stuntman for film and TV, and I am as well. We have conservative values.

Would prefer roommates who align with this.

Would prefer someone who doesn’t smoke or drink excessively.

Also there are kids in the neighborhood, as well as the downstairs tenants are also children. So no partiers, or big time weed smokers.
