Livingston NW, Calgary, Alberta. Hi! I am looking for a short-term roommate, ideally 6 months (however, we can discuss this). Rent is $900 per month, all utilities included. I will take care of the utilities, and you have membership to the local gym/ club. I have a small cat. You will have your own bedroom and separate bathroom, in-suite laundry.
