We have a private room available to rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse condo on Silvercreek Parkway North.

The room is bright with plenty of natural light and comes with a single bed, desk and a chair. All utilities are included in rent such as internet, heat and water. One parking spot available for extra cost. Tiffin services are active at the location. In suite laundry and fully equipped kitchen with dining space is shared.

1.2 km away from Connestoga College, 5.8 km from UoG. Walking distance to Food Basics, No Frills, Indian Supermarket, Dollarama, restaurants etc. Bus stop right across the road. Smoking free and pet free home, quiet and friendly neighborhood.

The room listed is on the upper floor. There are a total of 3 rooms upstairs. The bathroom on the upper floor will be shared by only 3 tenants max. 1 room is occupied by a male working professional, he is respectful, friendly and clean. We are looking for 2 other roomies for the other 2 rooms.
