Furnished corner bedroom on upper level of single detached house. Hardwood floor, a full closet, desk, bed, flat screen tv with internet. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry will be shared with myself and spouse. (Major intersection is Dixie/Queen) Located on a quiet street, you will be 5mins from the mall, bus stop, grocery and park. No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests, light cooking only. If you like the space, we require references, background check and proof of income.

We are a working couple who most often have opposite schedules. (Only the two of us live here)
