Diane's room

The loft/room is located on the upper floor of a single family home. Located in an older area of north Brantford, approximately 3 blocks from BGH. A quiet side street near a school, park, grocery store, pharmacy, hardware store, bank, many food locations & various other retails. The loft itself is extremely spacious; 36 feet long, over 8 ft. high ceiling, 3 windows, closet + extra hanging space. There’s enough room to put your bedroom area at one end & living room at the other. You could even fit a dining table &/or desk + use your own microwave etc. up there! A short trip downstairs and to the right, gives way to the kitchen, dining room, bathroom and mudroom to keep shoes & coats. This is also where we enter/exit the house usually. We share the bathroom but have a system whereas we don’t get in each other’s way. Kitchen & dining area are also shared, but you will have your own cupboard space for your food, dishes, pots & pans, etc. There’s a back yard with a deck, so if you smoke, that’s your place, lol.

My male friend & I have been roomates for over 5 years. We are almost seniors, so we don’t party or do drugs. We are also nonsmokers. My roommate operates his own business, which I help with, so we’re busy most days. At night, we usually watch TV - So exciting, right?!! (Ha ha) Our rooms are located at the front half of the house, off the living room, so you have total privacy on the stairs & in your room!
