Room in town house available for rent.. lots of space in the home. Shared bathroom kitchen and living room.. also an attic space that would be shared (currently just a work out area). There is a small backyard and close to a lot of walking trails.

Single female looking for a female to rent room to help with bills as I just recently separated and don’t want to move. I work fulltime Monday to Friday. I do have a dog so am pet friendly as long as they get along and are well trained.(He doesn’t really like cats and tends to chase them).
