This furnished bedroom, situated near the intersection of 58 Ave and Panorama Drive in Surrey comes equipped with a twin bed, closet, desk and tv. The window faces onto a quiet backyard space and receives plenty of natural light. This is an owner-occupied home so there are no other roommates, just us.

We are seeking a student or young professional in need of a peaceful setting for work or study (Please note that the room is not suitable for couples). You will have complete access to the kitchen which is shared with us and your own pantry cabinet for any food/ utensils etc. We also have utensils you can use. The bathroom is shared but will be predominantly yours as we only occasionally use it.

Our home is conveniently situated within walking distance to various amenities and stores such as Fresh St Market, Shoppers, Starbucks, Dollarama, the YMCA, Panorama Village Park, Goldstone Park and more. Access to transportation is easy with a nearby bus stop with buses that go to Langley Centre, Newton Exchange, Expo line, Surrey City Centre, and Kwantlen Polytechnic University. There is free street parking on 58 Ave in front of our complex. The area is quiet and is within close proximity to highway 10 for convenient commuting if you drive.

The occupant needs to be tidy, and have a clean criminal record. Strictly no drugs of any kind, no pets, no smoking, and no parties.

Included: Wi-Fi, Electricity, Laundry access, a desk, bed, tv, pantry cabinet for food and kitchen items.

We are a friendly young couple in our 30s who enjoy travelling, road trips and food. While she engage in fulltime remote work, he works from home part time. We keep our home clean and occasionally have guest over but would be respectful of your personal space and schedule.
