Alexander's room

Is a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and shared bathroom. Is an older building and as such is not too expensive. I have two cats that are friendly and playful. Is within walking distance to the nearest train station and has a shopping area across the road. Both Power and internet are included in the 655 rent price. There is plenty of parking space on the street which is located right next to the entrance. It is in the community of Silver Springs and is a quite peaceful area. I am currently the only residing individual along with my two cats. I am a full-time student at Mount Royal University and also have a job as an Ironworker with Hamil Contracting. I am rather lowkey and am not looking for any party animals or anything of the sort. Another student would be preferred but I am not picky. Am just hoping to avoid any drama like what has occurred with my previous tenant.
