Your own large (16x11ft) bed/sitting room with Internet, Netflix, and attached private washroom. Double size bed with linen is included. Main large living room with lovely view can be shared if you like. Shared main bathroom, kitchen and dining room. Indoor parking extra. Buses close by.
About the roomies
I’m a retired fully self-reliant man looking to share large 2 bedroom apartment with mature lady. No physical or romantic interest involved - I just appreciate female company, and am in no hurry to find someone compatible! I love volunteering with children at a primary school and have current police verification for working with children and vulnerable people. House rules: No smoking, help tidy/clean shared areas, visitors by mutual agreement. My desire is to make at least one person laugh or smile every day.
