Renting one room from March-June. Short-term rental.
In the heart of 17th ave, a fully furnished master bedroom (all utilities included) is available in a 2 bedroom apartment. This master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom. Included are all utilities and in-suite laundry. The kitchen has great appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave), everything you need to cook. The condominium has a well-equipped gym and game/TV room.
Amazing Beltline location. Walking distance to Urban Fare, Canadian Tire, Shoppers, Best Buy + a wide variety of restaurants and shops on 17th ave. Truly a gem of a location.
(No smoking in the balcony or building)
About the roomies
Emmanuel, 23, would be your roommate.
He is very nice, tidy and reserved. Super easy going respectful guy! Ideally we want someone that would be clean and respectful as well.
