Two Rental Options Option 1 — $800/month A large section of the spacious living room, separated from the rest of the apartment by tall privacy dividers. The space includes: Bed Dresser/storage AC Good natural light Significant privacy from the rest of the living area This is a private, furnished sleeping area, but it is not a conventional bedroom with a permanent door. Option 2 — $1,200/month A private bedroom in the apartment. You would still share the kitchen and bathroom with me. I’m genuinely comfortable with either option, so you can see both and choose whichever arrangement suits you better.
