Donna's room

I have a very spacious newly renovated bedroom available on the upper floor of my home. It’s furnished with new double bed, new mattress, side tables, desk, dresser, chair, large closet, private mini fridge, lots of shelving. Clean and decorative. We live in the heart of Vancouver near many bus routes, amenities. Shopping and recreation. Main street is only half a Block away and Canada line a 10 minute walk. This is a multi generational heritage home. We are looking for a female student that is clean, quiet and respectful to others. Non smokers only, that includes no vaping. no drinking or drugs. Must like animals. No guests allowed as it is our home. Shared bathroom , one bathroom same floor as rooms and extra bathroom downstairs, shared with one other student at the moment. Limited use of kitchen , no meals provided but there is a small private fridge in the room with and area outside the room with a microwave. Shared laundry included once a week. New windows with screen’s facing, North, South and east with plenty of morning and miday sun. View of the mountains.

We are a couple that own my family’s multi generational heritage home. I work at Safeway and my husband is an electrician, professional soccer referee and drummer in a rock band. I love animals and have 2 very friendly yorkies, a toucan and some small, quiet parrots that live in my space but you are welcome to meet them. I enjoy being with friends and taking care of my animals, decorating, home improvements and being with my family and young grandkids. I like include my students in family functions. We are easy going people and very easy to get along with. All my past and present students tell me how much they love staying with us.
