Basic info: Private room + private bathroom in a shared 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo (the entire condo is between 1000 – 1100 sq ft). The living room, kitchen, and dining room are shared. The unit has a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Note: I am looking for only 1 roommate. The condo building has a party room and a gym. The current room is unfurnished but can partly furnished upon request – at no extra cost. I have an extra dresser, desk, and lamps. Everything is included in the price except a parking space. If you require a parking space, we can see if someone would be willing to rent out their space to you (this would be extra). Note: I do require first and last month’s rent and a reference.

Transit: I am about a 4 minute walk to the Laird LRT stop (takes about 6-8 minutes on the LRT to get to Yonge and Eglinton).

Also, there are two bus routes within a 1 minute walking distance (one of the buses goes south to Donlands subways station, the other bus goes west to St. Clair subway station). There is a grocery store (Farm boy) less than a 5 minute walk away. I go grocery shopping at the Real Canadian Superstore or No Frills (more affordable) and I’m happy to do joint grocery runs (I have a car).

Hello, Looking for a roommate for my two bedroom, two bathroom place. I’m respectful, kind, tidy, not loud, chill, leftist, queer, and extroverted. Looking for someone somewhat similar. A little more about me: I’m a high school teacher, a big geek (I love science), play in a few recreational queer sport leagues, love board games/video games, anime, sci-fi and horror movies, enjoy hiking/camping, and hanging out with friends. Pets: I have a big fluffy cat named Panther. He’s very shy but also friendly (and never aggressive). I’m not looking for more pets in the place so if you have a pet or are allergic to cats, this isn’t a good fit.
