I am renting the master bedroom in my 2 bedroom one bathroom cute apartment in Kensington. It is $950 flat per month with one month deposit. 6 month lease required.

Building policy is no pets unfortunately.

It is a funky apartment in the heart of Kensington. It is steps away from the Sunnyside C-Train Station, Safeway, shops, restaurants and bars and the Bow River. Its very close to SAIT. It’s perfect for a social and active person.

Sorry about the messy room photos, my roommate is currently still moving out. The room will be unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is. And the whole suite will be professionally cleaned for your move in.

I am 33, I am a full-time server and bartender. In September I will be returning to school full-time. I love to cook, I am very active. There are amazing running routes in this area along the river. I also like go out to restaurants with my friends. I generally spend the day at home and then work till late in the evenings. I’m very out-going and social, however I do like to have a tranquil and respectful home.
