I am renting the master bedroom in my 2 bedroom one bathroom cute apartment in Kensington. It is $800 + 1/2 the bills per month with one month deposit. 6 month lease required.

Building policy is no pets unfortunately.

It is bright and beautifully located in the heart of Kensington. It is steps away from the Sunnyside C-Train Station, Safeway, shops, restaurants and the Bow River. Its very close to SAIT and easy to get to U of C. It’s perfect for a student or a full-time worker.

The room is available for move in OCTOBER 1.
