The space I have is a first floor walk out. It’s a 2 bed/2 bath so the bedroom available would have its own bathroom available for your personal use. If you would like parking, it is paid and organized through the rental office at the complex. Water is included, however, internet, insurance, and electricity will be split with me. Hey! I’m a nurse and moved from Ontario to Calgary at the end of August. Me and my male Catahoula Leopard Dog have moved into a condo in Mahogany SE, Calgary. We’re looking for a dog lover, without a dog, because some have described Kelly as, “a bit much” around other animals but a complete love bug with humans once he’s introduced. A little more about me…I’m single and pretty chill. I’ve lived with many kinds of roommates so as long as there’s open communication, I’m good to adjust my habits accordingly. I will be working shift work but I sleep like the dead so you likely won’t bother me if I’m sleeping during the day. I am open to living with any gender but would appreciate applicants in the age range of 25-36. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who wants to be a bit social with their roommate as I’ll be new to the area.
