• Full backyard, patio, fire pit, and garden
• Pub, Cafe, liquor store, bus stops with 5 min walking distance
• Super close vicinity to 37 Street, 17 Ave and Mount Royal University
• There’s currently a 6 person dining room set, all the kitchen appliances and a comfy sofa and TV
• There is ample space in the living room for you to set up your hobby stuff or whatever!
• I am a very type B personality and am hoping for that as well in a roomate

📷 Bio and expectations: I am 23 years old and looking for a roommate situation where we can have some shared values and interests. I don’t really want to be sharing the space with just a stranger. Ideally we’d have some stuff in common and be up to becoming buddies. I play music and am quite into photography and art and dig going out for drinks. If you share any of those interests that’d be awesome! I work weekends and some evenings throughout the week so I’m really not home that much. I am very laid back and accepting so id like someone of similar nature, where we don’t have huge expectations for each other, but can still talk about boundaries and shared responsibilities.

Ideally you’d be in a similar age range from 19-26.
