Place has only been lived in for about two years now, so both the apartment and the other things on property are pretty well taken care of.

As you might be able to tell from the photos the actual lay out of the apartment is flipped from the diagram. I highlighted the areas that are just mine in purple, and the areas that would be just yours in green, anything else is shared space.

Exact dimensions wise your bedroom is about 103 square feet plus about 15 square feet for the closet, and about 42 square feet for your bathroom which includes the tub/shower. There is then about 488 square feet of shared space including kitchen and balcony.

Its a 30 minute walk from MRU campus. Gym access included. There is club/social room above the gym. In unit washer and dryer. Underground parking is available for an extra 125 a month.

Hi, legally speaking my is Zachary and so I’m just using that here for ID verification, but Cass, Cassie, etc would be prefered. I’m a 22 years old trans girl, I’ll be graduating from MRU in the spring, I’m an employee at Distress Centre Calgary and 988.

I try to be pretty neat and tidy, I don’t have a lot going on outside of work and school so not much that should be bothersome or loud or anything. I don’t spend much time in the living room or kitchen outside of cooking, so you’d have pretty free rein there.

I’m quite happy to talk or interact with just about any topic or interest. I do tend to be quiet, not out of a lack interest in people or conversation, I just like listening more than talking in general. For my own interests I like dnd and other ttrpgs, I build gunpla, and like a lot of craft based hobbies.

In terms of what I’m looking for ideally someone of the same age and general vibe and alignment on things, student or recent grad would be especially cool because I really need to meet people not in my major lol. The current lease is for about another year so ideally would also be looking for someone wanting to stay for about a year.
