They just finished construction on second wing so it’s a fully new clean place to make your own. A 20 minute walk from MRU campus. Gym access included. There is club/social room above the gym. In unit washer and dryer. Unit has it’s own balcony. Underground parking is available for an extra 125 a month but there’s just a wait list on that but I secured first spot already and am already on wait list for second if needed. Sorry pictures aren’t exact, I was just pulling the ones from the their website that looked like it was actually of the room lay out, I just forgot to take photos when I was doing a tour. Their website would have more detail on some things https://mygle.ca. And also as a heads up the management would require you to also be on the lease since they have a no sublet policy.

Hi, I’m Zachary, I’m 20, I’m 3rd year psych major at MRU, I’m an employee at Distress Centre Calgary, I try to be pretty neat and tidy, I don’t have a lot going on outside of work and school so not much that should be bothersome or loud or anything. Personality wise I’m usually pretty reserved and introverted to begin with but I warm up relatively quick. Sorry, not sure what you’d want to know, I’m an open book, just don’t know what page to turn to, so any questions you’d have I’m totally happy to answer. In terms of what I’m looking for ideally another student at MRU just to be able to have more interaction with people at school outside of class, but am definitely open to students at other places and non students too.
