About the room
HE SPACE: Private room for rent in a three-bedroom unit. There are two bathrooms - this one is shared with one other renter. Current tenant is mid-twenties male in Masters. Open to pets at the discretion of my other tenants.
PRICE INCLUCES: hydro, wifi, electrical all included. $1350 is the total monthly rate.
BUILDING: Patio space with BBQs, gym, sauna, working space and foosball room. 24/7 security.
THE ROOM: Included multiple photos of the same bedroom to show it decorated two ways. The window not facing the outside and is facing the inside space and thus is covered by a curtain on either side.
I am very responsive and care that you enjoy where you live. This year we updated the flooring, dishwasher and microwave.
About the roomies
Two working males, mid-twenties. Both are tidy and work from home during the day!
