The place is close to the Telus World of Science. There is convenient transportation to WEM, NAIT, MacEwan, and Centretown. In addition, it has a spotless clean, peaceful, and organized environment

I am a professional with a gentle demeanor, going to work early in the morning, for long hours.

Usually, I cook, go to the gym, and ride my bike to the trails in my spare time. I don’t party at home, drink, smoke, or do drugs. And, I don’t bring over people so you’ll have the place for you most of the time.

It would be great to get a full-time student or someone working on-site, to share a 2-bedroom apartment.
