Included in the $800 monthly rent all utilities, air-conditioning, wifi, laundry facilities and the piece de resistance, professional cleaning service every 3 weeks, then LOOK NO FURTHER!! I’m a theatre professional and have lived in this house of mine since 1985. I’ve had paying guests for the past 20 years.Since I rent monthly and offer an opportunity on the 15th of every month to stay or leave, some boarders only stay a month, some stay 5 years!
