Basement for Single Occupant Only (Couple negotiable) - One bedroom Basement developed with developed stair. One recreation room which is half develop into a gym. Note that you are the only tenant in the basement and no one else

Utilities including high fast internet are included but will negotiate once my electricity and water becomes whooping high

Furnished Room Kitchen and Dining -You can bring your own cooking appliance ie coffeemaker, instant pot, rice cooker and can freely cook and eat at your room (just open the window to not alert the smoke detector)

In house laundry - negotiable

Parking Available - open space in front of our garage. (1 vehicle only) You have your own private bathroom

Proof of full time employment, references, and a copy of government issued photo ID required prior to signing of lease agreement

We are a family of 4. My kids are usually at school and my spouse and I both work. We have 2 little Pomeranian chihuahua so we like the person to live with us to like dogs. This is a 6 month contract. We always eat Filipino food, so we hope that you don’t mind the smell
