Beddington Place NE

Hello all. I am currently urgently looking for a roommate for a March 1st move in (sooner can be arranged). The house is in Beddington Heights (NE Calgary) and rent is $950/ month including utilities. Current lease ends at the end of August, although once a new roommate is found we will be signing a new lease. House is bright and spacious, includes full kitchen, washer, and dryer.

There is good transit access along main routes (includes the 301, 300, 3, 20, and 4/5), and there a grocery stores and a number of fast food establishments in the area too.
