I live is a quiet neighborhood in St Vital. The room is completely furnished. There is a living room in the lower level for the student/students.

FEMALE STUDENTS ONLY PLS. I am a 58 year old woman. I work in the big warehouse retail sector. I Thursdays and Fridays off of work.

In order for you to reside with me you must LOVE dogs.

I currently have a 35 year old student residing in bedroom 2. I have a 35-year-old young man here on a working permit and he will be going back to Costa Rica end of April. And the young lady SCENE in the photos she resides upstairs on the main level.

I am a mother of one adult daughter who is 37 years old she lives with her spouse and my grand baby pugs. I have 3 bedrooms that I rent out, they come with a double bed, all linens, chest of drawers, nightstand with a lamp, student desk and chair. It is in the lower level of my home, this is not a basement. The living room in the lower level has an ikea love seat, 43” television with an Amazon TV to watch movies and tv series. There is a half bathroom in the lower level for students to share and the shower is in the main floor bathroom, for showers only. All utilities, laundry supplies and wifi is included in the regular monthly fee.

My home is 10 min walk to the bus stop and a 5 min ride to get to University Centre. My neighborhood is very quiet with lots of wildlife.

Students who reside with me must be at least 21 yrs old, independent, someone who keeps their space clean and organized. Must clean up after themselves in the kitchen and main bathroom after they’ve showered. Every Thursday I go into the students room to vacuum, dust and clean both bathrooms so everything must be picked up and put away.

Minimum length of stay is 6 months. This is negotiable for the right lady.

I take holidays where I leave the province twice a year so you must be able to function on your own for at least 14 days during those times.

Absolutely no overnight guests and no parties in my home.
