I live is a quiet neighborhood in St Vital. The room is completely furnished. There is a living room in the lower level for the student/students.

About the roomies

Dog Lovers Only. Minimum length of stay is 6 months.

I work in the big warehouse retail sector as a FT pharmacy clerk. I work shifts anywhere between 9am-9pm. I have Thursdays and Fridays off.

On February 3, 2024 I adopted a new baby pug. He’ll be 3 in November. He is seen with me in some of the photos. All my pugs are the loves of my life. In order for you to reside with me you must LOVE dogs. He is my pride and joy.

I currently have a 28 year old young lady living with me from Mexico. She’s lived with me while doing her PhD and is back doing a doctorate degree. And another young lady from Mexico here doing her PhD, she returns to Mexico early September. I will have 1 room available Sept 15 it has a double size bed, 2 chest of drawers, nightstand with a lamp, desk and chair. It is in the lower level of my home, this is not a basement. The living room in the lower level for students has a loveseat for chillin and watching tv on the 43” television with an Amazon fire stick to watch movies and tv series. There is a table and chairs for eating should they want their privacy. This is for students as I have my own living room and it’s currently not being used. There is a half bathroom in the lower level for roomies who’s bedrooms are down stairs, and the shower is in the main floor bathroom, for SHOWERS ONLY. Full use of the kitchen. Included in the monthly fee: All utilities, Insurance , linens, laundry supplies, fibre internet.

My home is 10 min walk to the bus stop and a 5 min ride to get to University Centre. My neighborhood is very very quiet with lots of wildlife.

Anyone who reside with me must be at least 20 yrs old, independent, someone who keeps their room clean and organized. Must clean up after themselves in the kitchen and main bathroom after they’ve showered. Thursday is cleaning day for the whole house so everything must be picked up and put away.

I can’t stress enough that you must LOVE DOGS and be a very clean person and clean up after yourself. Also because we work full-time we need someone who is fairly quiet, considerate of the other people living in the household As we will be with you.
